He was engaged in the administration of industry and commerce in 1971 and the administration of trademark advertising in 1978. He participated in the national trademark rectification in 1978. In 1982, he was responsible for the investigation and handling of trademark infringement cases in Beijing. In 1989, he participated in the cleaning up of domestic and foreign trademarks, and successfully solved the problem of trademark ownership for domestic and foreign sales in Beijing. He once served as deputy director and director of the Trademark Office of Beijing Administration for Industry and Commerce, and deputy director and director of Beijing Industrial and commercial affairs consulting center.
